Minutes of the Port Townsend Arts Commission Public Art Committee Special Meeting of October 1, 2018

The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m.
Approval of Agenda
There was agreement to accept the agenda as presented.
Public Comment
There were no comments from the public.
Approval of Minutes:
September 12, 2018 Motion by Rowe, second by Groussman, to approve minutes as

Site Visit Reports
Revisions to site visit reports will be sent to Amber Long by Oct. 10
Committee members continued reviewing their site for next meeting Oct. 17. Revisions will be forwarded to Owen Rowe
visit reports and assigned recommended “short term”, for consistency review. Dan Groussman will assist in reformatting
“long term” or “not recommended” status to each. photos. New assessments due to Amber by Oct. 12.
Unfinished site reviews were re-assigned. A few new
sites were assigned.
