RESOLUTION NO. 18-041
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH MUNICIPAL CODE CORPORATION TO DESIGN, DEVELOP,
AND HOST THE CITY WEBSITE
WHEREAS, the Pyramid Consulting assessed the City of Port Townsend's
communication strategy and recommended the City update its website; and
WHEREAS, the City requested proposals from several website developers; and,
WHEREAS, the City selected the proposal from Municipal Code Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend as follows:
1. that the City Manager is authorized to negotiate and execute a contract with
Municipal Code Corporation to update the City and Library websites.
2. that the contract amount shall not exceed $16,800..
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 20th day of August 2018.
