AN O~INANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 889
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN ~GULAR
SESSION A&SE~D, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 889, passed in 1918, and
providing certain regulations on fireworks and explosives,
is here and hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner
provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by
the Council and approved by the M_a~for on January 20, 1976.
