AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PORTION OF GRAxNT
STREET LYING BET~\~EN 52ND STREET AND 53RD
STREET, AND RESERVING EASEMENTS.
THE CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TO~'~NSEND IN REGULAR
SESSION 'ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of Grant Street, lying between
52nd Street and 53rd Street is here and hereby vacated, subject
to the reservation therein of an easement for water, sewer
and other utilities.
Section 2. This crdinance shall take effect upon its ~
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner
provided by law.
Read for the first, second znd third times, passed by
the Council and approved bY the .~4ayor on March 16 1976
