AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF
SIXTH, GRANT, FIR, ~ QUINCY, AND TAFT
STREETS AND CERTAIN PORTIONS OF ALLEYS
The City Council of the City of Port Town~

session assembled, do ordain as follows: ~ ,~,~
Section 1. After due notice given, and proper hearin~ had,
certain portions of City streets are vacated, as follows, to wit:
[1) Rose Street between U and V Streets;
(2) Sixth Street between Sherman and Hendricks;
[5) GranZ Street between 6th and ?th Streets, and between
52nd and 55rd Streets;
(4) Fir Street between U and V Streets;
($) Alley, Block 28, HastingS'~,Addition, between lots
11-14 and 21-24;
C6) V Street between Rose and Cherry Streets;
(7) Quincy Street between Taft and Roosevelt Streets; and
[8) Landes Street from 24th Street to acreage to the north,
between Blocks 27 and 28, O.C. Hastings Addition.
Section 2. In all of the streets and alleys hereinabove
mentioned, there is here and hereby reserved an easement for the
installation and maintenance of water, sewer and other utility lines.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its pass-
age, approval and publication in the form and manner required by law.
