AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS LINCOLN BEACH PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT, AND EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sec'tion 1. The Planned Unit Development plan submitted
by G. L. Iseman and Jacqueline C. Iseman and known as "Lincoln
Beach Planned Unit Development" is here and hereby approved, and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute documents appro-
priate to such adoption, to the end that the same may be recor-
ded.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided
by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by
the Council and approved by the Mayor on October S, 1976.
