AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1764.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1764, Section 1, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. After due notice given, and proper hearing
had, certain portions of City streets are vacated, as follows, to
wit:
(1) Rose Street Between U and V Streets;
(2) Sixth Street between Sherman and Hendricks;
(5) Grant Street between 6th and 7th Streets;
(4) Fir Street between U and V Streets;
(5) Alley, Block 28, Eisenbeis Addition, between lots
22 and 11 and lots 21 and 12;
(6) V Street between Rose and Cherry Streets;
(7) Quincy Street between Taft and Roosevelt; and
(8) Landes Street from 24th Street to acreage to the
north, between Blocks 27 and 28, O.C. Hastings Addition."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner required
by law.
READ FOR THE FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIMES, PASSED BY THE
COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR ON NOVEMBER ~, 1976.
