AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF CITY OFFICIALS
FOR THE YEAR 1977, AND FOR FOLLOWING YEARS UNTIL
AMENDED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The salaries for City Officials, for the year 1977,
and for years subsequent thereto until amended, are hereby fixed as
follows: Mayor, $3~744; Clerk-Treasurer, $14,846; and City Attorney,
$4,200. Said salaries shall be paid in twelve equal installments,
one-twelfth being paid at the conclusion of each month of the year.
Section 2. This Ordiance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on December/~7~ 1976.
