HomeMy WebLinkAbout1773 Supplemental Budget Appropriations ORDINANCE NO. 1773 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $34,500 TO CURRENT EXPENSE, THE SUM OF $17,100 TO THE CITY STREET FUND, $L0,000 TO THE PARK FUND AND $140,000 TO THE WATER-SEWER DEPARTMENT IN THE 1976 BUDGET, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN!REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The following appropriations are here and hereby made as supplemental to the 1976 budget of the City of Port Townsend: Current Expense - $34,500, for Ferry traffic control, garbage payments, drivers eductaion fees and motor vehicle impondement fees. Street Fund - $17,100, for unanticipated wages and work performed for the Arterial Street Fund. Park Fund - $10,000 for unanticipated wages. Water-Sewer Department - $140,000 for services and expenses for secondary sewage treatment engineering and planning. Section 2. There is here and hereby found and declared to be an emergency requiring the foregoing appropriations to the said 1976 budget of the City of Port Townsend. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law. Read for the first time on December 21, 1976.
