AND WILLOW STREETS, WILLOW STREET AN~"/~OSE S. TREET~
THEREIN -- '
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subject to the reservation by the City of
easements for the installation, operation and maintenance of
water, sewer and other utility lines therein, the following
portions of City streets are here and hereby vacated: /
(a) "Q" Street between Cherry and Willow Streets.
(b) Willow Street between "P" and "R" Streets.
(c) Rose Street between "P" and "R" Streets.
(d) Gise Street between 19th Street and Discovery Road.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner
provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the
