AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE WATER MAIN REVOLVING
FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, INfo, REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The "Water Main Revolving Fund" of the Waterr
Sewer Department is here and hereby abolished, and no expenditures
shall be made therefrom or credits made thereto henceforth, and
any funds remaining in or which shall be credited to the account
of said Water Main Revolving Fund shall be creditied to general
water revenues as tap charges.
Section 2. Nothing herein shall be deemed to relieve
any person or firm from payment of fees and charges?pr~£d~d for
in connection with said Water Main Revolving Fund.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner
provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on December 21, 1976.
