AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PORTION OF EISENBEIS
ADDITION AND RAILROAD ADDITION FROM P-I TO
C-II, A PORTION OF EISENBEIS ADDITION FROM R-I
TO P-I, AND AMENBINGi'THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
WHEREAS, die hearing has been had, and appropriate findings
mad, as provided by Ordinance No. 1625,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of the City is here and
hereby amended, and rezoning of portions of the City enacted, in
accord with the following:
(A)
Ail that portion of the following described property
lying North of Sims Way, and excepting the 25 feet
on the Southerly boundary thereof abutting on Sims Way,
Sims Way also being known as State Road 9, is hereby
rezoned to C-II clasification: Lots 1 through 15 and
Lots 29 through 32 in Block 31; Lots 1 through 32 in
Block 30; Lots 1 through 14 and Lots 17 through 32
Block 19; Lots 1 through 32 in Block 20; Lots 1 through
12 in Block 10; and Lots 1 through 16 in Block 9 o~ the
Eisenbeis Addition; AND Blocks 3 through 5 in the
Railroad Addition.
(B)
Lots 13 through 20 in Block 29 of the Eisenbeis
Addition is hereby rezoned to P-I classification.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided
by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on. March / , 1977.
