AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEY LYINg\IN BLOCK
3 OF THE JAB. HUSSEY ADDITION TO PORT TOWNSEND
AND RESERVING EASEMENTS. " ......
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, TO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The alley~.located in Block 3 of the JaS. Hussey
Addition to the City of Port Townsend be and the same is hereby
vacated, subject to the reservation therein of an easement for
water, sewer and other utility lines.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner required by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor on July 5, 1977.
