HomeMy WebLinkAbout1790 Repealing Ordinance 1153 - Setting Time and Place of City Council Regular Meetings ORDINANCE NO. · 1790 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDIN~[NCE NO. 1153, AND PROVIDING FOR A TIME AND PLACE FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Ordinance No. 1153, passed on November 24, 1942, fixing a time and place for regular City Council meetings is here and hereby repealed. Section~2. Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, at the City Council chambers in the City Hall at Port Townsend, from and after the effective date of this ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
