AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $42,789.84
TO THE CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND OF THE WATER DEPARTMENT,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is here and hereby appropriated, in the 1977
Budget, ~6~ Capital Outlay in the Water Department, the sum of
$42,789.84.
Section 2. The appropriation made in "Section 1." hereof is
made by reason of an emergency here and hereby found and declared
to exist.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner required by law.
Read for the first time on December 20, 1977. Read for the
second and third times,"~pa~sed by the Council and approved by the
Mayor on January 3, 1978.
