AN ORDINANCE VACATING SECOND STREET LYING BETWEEN
BLOCKS Z87and 312 OF THE EISENBEIS ADDITION, SECOND
STREET WHICH DIVIDES BLOCK 286 AND 311 OF THE
EISENBEIS ADDITION, HILL STREET ..BETWEEN FORTY-NINTH
AND ~ORTY-THIRD STREET, FORTY-FIFTH AND FORTY-SEVENTH
STREETS BETWEEN JACKMAN AND HfLL STREETS, CORONA STREET
BETWEEN BLOCKS NINE AND TWENTY-THREE OF DUNDEE ADDITION
AND CROSS STREET BETWEEN UMATI~.LA AND WOOD'~hAND~AVENUES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT~ TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of Second Street which divides Block
287 and 312 of the Eisenbeis Addition to the City, beginning at the
intersection of Rosecrans and proceedi~Westerly to its terminus is
here and hereby vacated.
Section 2. That portion of Second Street which divides Blocks
286 and 311 of the Eisenbeis Addition to?~the City,~.,beginning at the
interseCtion of McClellan Street and proceeding Westerly to its
terminus, is here and hereby vacated
SectiOn 3. That port%on of Hill Street lying between Forty-ninth
Street and Forty-third Street, and that portion of Forty-fifth Street
and of Forty-Seventh Street lying between Jackman and Hill Streets are
here and hereby vacated.
Section 4. That portion of Corona which divides Blocks Nine and
Twenty-three of the Dundee Addition, beginning at the intersection
of Sherman Street and proceeding Westerly to it terminus.
Section 5. That portion of Cross Street between Umatilla and
Woodland Avenues in Dundee Place Addition, is here and hereby vacated.
Section 6. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and m~nner provided by law.
