AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR
IN ORDINANCE NO. 1799
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, a typographical error occured in Ordinance No. 1799,
the same is hereby corrected to read as follows:
"Section 2. That portion of Second Street which divides
Blocks 288 and 311 of the Eisenbeis Addition, beginning at the
intersection of McClellan Street and proceeding Westerly to its
terminus, Rosecrans Street, is hereby vacated."
As to all other portipns of said ordinance, excepting said
Section 2, the same is hereby ratified.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Coincil and approved by
the Mayor/~rch 7, 1978.
