~.[EREAS, due hearing was held on June 6, 1978, and appropriate findings
made, as provided by Ordinance No. 1625,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TO?~SEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of ~he City is here and hereby amended,
and rezoning of a portion of the City enac%ed, in accord with the following:
~ Ail that portion of the following described prope~y lying within the
Railroad Subdivision, Block ~6, Section 11~ 30 N, Range 1W, is
here and hereby rezoned to C-ii ~lassification.
Section 2. This ordinance shall 'take effect upon its passage, approval
and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first., second and third times~ passed by the Council and
approved by the Mayor on June 20, 1978.
