AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 1402, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1557.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1402 passed in 1961 and amended
by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1557, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section 3. The annual license fee for Sewage Disposal Franchise
License is seven thousand five hundred dollars per year, and the revenues
therefrom are allocated to the Current Expense Fund of the City."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval,
and publicatiOn in the form and manner required by law.
Read for the first, second, and third times, passed by the Council and
approved by the Mayor on December 19, 1978.
