NON-MOTORIZED TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Date: July 6, 2017 Time: 4:30 pm Location: City Hall 1st Floor Conference Room Members Present: Scott Walker, Pat Teal, Jolly Wahlstrom, Richard Dandridge, Hendrik Taatgen, Lys Burden, Mike Kaill, Mark Henthorn, Joe Finn Members Excused: None Staff Present: City Manager David Timmons, Park and Facilities Director Alex Wisniewski, Project Manager Tyler Johnson, Deputy City Clerk

Approval of Minutes: June 1, 2017 unanimously approved
The Board reviewed a list of non-motorized projects and identified the following as priorities:
• Hastings Hill Climb
• Sheridan St. Sidewalk from 10th – 15th
• Lawrence St. Sidewalk from Kearney to Scott
• Cleveland Street trail
• Bike Lane striping on Landes Street
• All listed striping improvements
Alex Wisniewski reviewed a funding options timeline for trails. Development of a trail classification system and trails assessment is planned for the future. The Board reviewed potential Loop Trail signage and logos.
Trail Projects: Alex Wisniewski will work on sending out notice letters to residents along 50th to 56th Street for future trail work.
Next Meeting: Scheduled for August 3, 2017.
