ARTS COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

TopicMotions/Recommendation/Action
The Commission reviewed a draft 2018 budget proposal The Commission unanimously agreed to request on operating
prepared by Dominica Lord-Wood.budget of $35,000 with an additional $75,000 budgeted for
public art projects. The Commission requested the presence of
the City Manager and the Finance and Administrative Services
Director at their next meeting to present their budget request.
The Commission also unanimously voted to use the remaining
four meetings of the year to craft a Strategic Art Plan to present
to Council.
