ORDINANCE NO. 1823
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE UNVACATED PORTION OF KUHN STREET
BETWEEN 8TH STREET AND 10TH STREET AND THE UNVACATED PORTION
OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 18.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That unvacated portion of Kuhn Street between 8th Street
and 10th Street and the unvacated portion of the alley in Block 18 is here
and hereby vacated.
Section 2. A utility easement, running through the East 12 feet of
aforesaid vacated street, is hereby retained by the City of Port Townsend.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval
and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor on December 19, 1978.
