ST~-~ET~ AND AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 2 OF ~ i~
THE CITY COiNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR Sm~SION ASSEMBLED,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of 'lillow Street between 0 and P Streets is here
and hereby vacated.
Section 2. That portion of R Street from Fir to Maple Street and
Maple Stree't from R to S Street, is here and hereby vacated.
Section 3. An alley in Block 2 of the Hussey's Addition is here and
hereby vacated.
Section 4. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, running six (6) feet
on either side from the centerline of the aforesaid vacated streets, is hereby
retained by the City of Port Townsend.
Section ~. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval
and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the Council and
approved by the Mayor on january 16, 1979.
