1108, AS AMENDED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS ~
Section 1,.. Section 1 of Ordinance 1108, as amended by
Ordinance No. 1812 is here and hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or
park any motor vehicle continuously at the same place for more than
two hours between the hours of 9=00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on any day
EXCEPT Sundays and holidays, on the following described streets of
the city:
(1) On Water Street from ~rrison Street to Monroe Street;
(2} On Taylor Street from Front Street to Washington Street;
(3) On Adams Street from Front Street to Washington Street;
(4) On Washington Street from Taylor Street to Adams Street;
and the North side from Taylor Street to Tyler Street.
(5} On Lawrence Street from Polk Street to Taylor Street.
(6) On Tyler Street from Washington Street to Front Street
and from Lincoln Street to Clay Street.
(?) On Quincy Street from Washington Street to Water Street.
'.(8) On Polk Street from Water Street to Washington Street."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and 'publication &n the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the council
and approved by the Mayor on February 6, 1979.
