THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1673, passed April
17, 1973, is hereby amended to read as follows:
# Section 2. Regular employees of the City of Port Townsend
shall be a~cation time in each year as follows: For each
employee having completed one continuous year of service, ten working
~ays; for each employee having completed two years of service, fifteen
working days;~oE each regular employee having completed ten years of
service, twenty working days; and for each regular employee having
completed twenty-five years of service, twenty-five working days."
Section 3. ~bis ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval an~ publ~ation in the form and manner provided
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
council and approved by the Mayor on May 1, 1979.
