RESOLUTION NO. 17-042
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON, APPOINTING AN INTERIM CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, RCW 35A.13.150(3) authorizes the City Council to designate a qualified
administrative officer to perform the duties of the City Manager during the City Manager's
absence;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend that Kenneth H. Clow is designated as the Acting City Manager from September 10,
2017 through September 27, 2017 or until the return of City Manager David Timmons to the
office, whichever is earlier.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 5th day of September 2017.
