Topic Motions/Recommendation/Action
Approval of Minutes: May 2 and May 17, 2017 The Committee voted unanimously to approve the minutes.
Communications John McDonagh distributed letter from Dave Loney regarding sandwich board signs. Staff will respond.
Public Comment George Randels commented on the Clapp Building remodel.
HPC17-001 – Lincoln Building National Historic Register Nomination: The Committee reviewed a proposal to add the Lincoln Building to the National Historic Register.
The Committee will continue review and seek input from a School District Representative and from the Historical Society at a future meeting before making a recommendation.
Next Meeting: Special Meeting to be scheduled for July 11, 2017. The Committee will continue review of window guidelines at a future meeting.
