PEG ACCESS COORDINATING COMMITTEE
MINUTES
March 9, 2010 3:30 PM Gael Stuart Building

CALL TO ORDER:3:30 PM
OLD BUSINESS: As there were no interested candidates suggested for the vacant “public” board
position, a motion to have John place an ad in the leader was made by Mark,
seconded by David. Passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
• The Telvue Maintenance Contract renewal has been received and the cost is
decreased from the previous contract. A motion to accept the new contract was
made by Pam, seconded by Mark. Passed unanimously. The contact information in
the contract is to be changed to Mark Welch.
• Mark requested $35.00 to obtain broadcast rights for “Peter and the Wolf”, recorded
by the Bainbridge Island Symphony and produced by Snow Productions. Snow
Productions has donated two other programs to PTTV. A motion to use $35.00 one
time to help obtain the broadcast rights for “Peter and the Wolf” was made by Pam,
seconded by David. A second motion to establish a policy to be followed in
acquiring broadcast rights to programs in the future was made by Pam, seconded by
David. Both motions passed unanimously.
REPORTS:There will be no April meeting.
The next PEG meeting will be Tues, May 11 at 3:30 PM.
ADJOURN: Mark had to leave at 3:45 and adjournment occurred for lack of quorum.
A general discussion followed with Jim Pearson.
