AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADOPTING THE TAX
LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1980.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is here and hereby levied upon all of the
taxable property in the City of Port Townsend, for the year 1980,
the sum of $2.62 for each $1,000.00 of assessed valuation thereof.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon it passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.

and approved by the Mayor on October 2, 1979.
