AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
THE SUM OF$13,500 TO THE
ARTERIAL STREET FUND AND
DECLARING AN E~RGENCY
THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN
REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Thirteen thousand five hundred dollars
($13,500) is here and hereby appropriated as a supplemental
to the 1979 Budget of the City of Port Townsend.in the
Arterial .Street Fund.
Section 2. There is here and hereby found and
declared to be an emergency requiring the forgoing
appropriation to the said 1979 Budget of the City of
Port Townsend.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval, and publication in the form and manner
provided by law.
Read for the first time on December 4, 1979. Read for
the second and third times and passed by the Council and
approved' by the Mayor on December 18, 1979.
