AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE-NO.3 917 AS 'AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE NO~ 1724 'AND CHANGING T~E NAME OF THE
BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN R~GUL~R SESSION ASSEMBLED,
DO ORDAIN'AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of O~dinance No. 917, :as amended'~ .~y ~'Or~ina~ce'' ""'" No.
1724 i~s here and hereby amended to read ........
"Section I. There..is hereby created a Parks and Recreation
Commissioners, consisting of seven members, to be appointe~ by the ~ayor with
the consent of the City Council, from citizens of recogniz~ fitness for such
positions."

and publication in the form and manner required by law. -

approved by the Mayor on Januarys8, 1980.
