Section 2. Effective July 1, 1.980, and thereafter the maximum
hourlY'wage f6r City Employees shall be $12.50, and may be less
where designated by theMayor.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approvals,' and~publication in ~heformand mannerprovid~d by law~
