AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADOPTING THE TAX LEVY
FOR THE YEAR 1981.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is here and hereby levied upon all of the taxable
property in the City of Port Townsend, for the year 1981, the sum of ~.~2~
for each $1,000.00 of assessed valuation thereof.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval
and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the Council and
approved by the Mayor on October 7, 1980.
