AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE STATE
TRAFFIC CODE, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 198~
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, iN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to RCW 35.21.180, authorizing adoption
of State Codes by reference, the City of Port Townsend here and
hereby adopts by this reference, the same as though said code
was fully set forth herein RCW 46.61.010 through and including
RCW 46.61.780, RCW 46.09.120 through and including RCW 46.09.130, and
RCW 46.20.021, as the same shall be effective on January 1, 1981.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on January 1,
1981, after passage, approval and publication as required by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, and approved by
the Mayor on December ~- , 1980.
