AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PORTION OF THE ORGINAL
TOWNSITE, AND PROVIDING FOR ~J~ENDMENT OF THE
ZONING MAP AS TO BLOCKS 40 AND 57 THEREOF

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN ~GULAR
SESSION ASSEF~LED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Lots 3, 5 and 7 in Block 57 of the Original
Townsite of the City of Port Townsend, and Lots 4, 6 and 8 in
Block 40 of said Original Townsite, are here and hereby rezoned
from R-2 zoning classification to CIII zoning classification,
and the official zoning map of the City is hereby amended
accordingly.
Section 2. This ordinance shall t~e effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner
required by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by
the Council and approved by the Mayor on Septe~er 15, 1981.
