Resolution No. 17-018
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND UPDATING AND PROVIDING FOR POOL FEES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, on recommendation of the
City Manager, determines it appropriate to update fees for the Mountain View Pool.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend as follows:
SECTION 1. New Fees Established. Effective May 1, 2017 the fees for Mountain
View Pool are hereby established as set forth in Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. This Resolution supersedes Resolution 13-009.
SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this Resolution or its application to any
person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance, or the application of the
provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Resolution is effective May 1, 2017.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 17th day of April, 2017.
