AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1855
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1855, passed and approved on February 5, 1980,
establishing an energy resource commission, is here and hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval
and publication in the manner required by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the Council and
approved by the Mayor on March 2, 1982.
