Request for Qualifications for the
2017 Stormwater Management Plan
The City of Port Townsend is inviting proposals from firms for professional consulting services
to develop its comprehensive stormwater management plan (“Master Plan”).
Consultants should have experience in stormwater planning and engineering, stormwater
modeling, water quality assessment, long-range planning, ordinance development, outreach
and education, financing, strong knowledge of state laws governing stormwater and
experience on similar projects.
The Request for Qualifications Documents will be available at www.cityofpt.us From the City’s
homepage, go to “Bids for Goods and Services”, “2017-03-08 2017 Stormwater Management
Plan RFQ”.
Minority- and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
