AN ORDINANCE VACATING 3RD STREFT BETWEEN THO~AS
AND LOGAN STREETS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O? PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of 3rd Street between Thomas
Street and Logan Street, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, running
six (6) feet on either side from the centerline of the aforesaid
vacated street is hereby retained by the City of Port Townsend.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
approval and publication in the form and manner ~rovided by law.
