ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE VACATING MCCLELLAN STREET BETWEEN
SIMS WAY AND VACATED 4TH STREET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of McClellan Street between
Sims Way and ~vacated 4th Street, be and the same is here and
hereby vacated.
Section 2. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, running
six (6) feet on either side from the centerline of the aforesaid
vacated street is hereby retained by the City of Port Townsend.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on
