AMENDMENTS TO PTMC CHAPER 17.20
COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICTS
On Monday, March 6, 2017, at or about 6:30 p.m., the City Council will hold a public
hearing to consider Ordinance 3166, Adopting Development Regulations Relating To
Agricultural Uses Incidental to a Primary Use, and Amending Port Townsend Municipal
Code Chapter 17.20 and Table 17.20.020 Permitted, Conditional and Prohibited Uses to
Allow Agriculture as an Incidental Use within the Cl, CII and CII(H) Commercial Zones.
Persons wishing to testify before the City Council may do so either by submitting verbal
testimony during the public hearing or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk,
250 Madison Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368. Written comments must be
received by the close of the public hearing on March 6, 2017. Ordinance 3166 is
available for inspection in the City Clerk's office on the second floor of City Hall.
