ORDINANCE NO. Iq 7
AN ORDINANCE VACATING 7TH STREET BETWEEN
THOMAS AND MCPHERSON STREETS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of 7th Street between Thomas Street
and McPherson Street, be and the same is here and hereby vacated.
Section 2. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, running six
(6) feet on either side from the centerline of the aforesaid vacated
street is hereby retained by the City of Port Townsend.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
