AN ORDINANCE REZONING BLOCKS 1-4, 11-14,
7-10 AND 17-20 OF CALIFORNIA ADDITION
FROM R-I tO R-IA, AND AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
WHEREAS, due hearing has been held, and appropriate
findings made, as provided by Ordinance No. 1625,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official map of the City is here and hereby
amended to change from R-I zoning to R-IA zoning those lands in
Port Townsend, described as follows:
California Addition, Blocks 1-4,11-14,7-10 and 17-20.
Section 2. The ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by
law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on
