Request for Proposals to Furnish
On Call Real Estate Appraisal and Review Appraisal Services
The City of Port Townsend is inviting proposals from firms interested in providing on call real
estate appraisal and review appraisal services for the 2017 - 2018 calendar years in conjunction
with city sponsored projects.
Consultants should have experience with right of way appraisals and be familiar with
appraisals for property purchased for projects with federal funding.
The consultant must qualify for appraisal services and review appraisal services for
WSDOT, with their names appearing on the current WSDOT Approved Appraiser List
which may be found at:
http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/RealEstate.
