OF BLOCK 2 AND BETWEEN LOTS 1 AND 2
3 AND 4 OF BLOCK 4 OF MOUN~TAIN VIEW ADDITION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of Ebony Street lying between "U"
Street and the dead end of Ebony Street on San Juan Subdivision
is hereby vacated, PROVIDED, however, that no trees shall be cut
from said VACATED portion of street and that any such cutting
will terminate and set aside such VACATION and said portion of
street shall thereupon revert to the City.
Section 2. That portion of McKinley Street between
Quincy Street and Adams Street and the lot lines between Lots 7
and 8 and Lots 5 and 6 of Block 2 and between Lots 1 and 2 and
Lots 3 and 4 of Block 4 of Mountain View Addition be and the
same are here and herebv vacated.
Section 3. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, running six
(6) feet on either side from the certerline of the aforesaid
vacated streets is hereby retained by the City of Port Townsend.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage approval and publication in the form and manner provided
by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on December 21~ 1982.
