AN ORDINANCE, VACATING THAT PORTION' Of
TAFT STREET LYING 11ETWE1 N MADISON ":S11RE1 T..
AND MONROE STREET.
TIIE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULA SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of `!'aft Street lying between
Madison Street and Monroe Street be and the same is hereby vacated
excepting only that easements for utility lanes are reserved therein.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner required by
law.
Read.for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on June.5, 1973.
