ORDINANCE NO.' 1674
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS TO THE CITY EN-
GINEER BUDGET, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is here and hereby appropriated to
the budget of the City Engineer, for the year 1973, the sum of
Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), to be appropriated as follows:
for appraisal and title insurance for the Lagoon Park project,
the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty -Four Dollars ($1,264.00);
for aerial photography. and photographs, the sum of Seven Hundred
Thirty -Six Dollars ($736.00).
Section 2. There is here and hereby found and declared
to be an emergency requiring the above and foregoing appropriations.
Section 3. This ordinance shall effect upon its passage,
approval and p— ub cation in the form and manner required by law.
Read for the first time on April 17, 1973. Read for
the second and third times, passed by the Council and approved by
the Mayor on May 1, 1973.
