AN ORDINANCE REZONING BLOCKS 70, 71, 72 AND
168 (EXCEPT NORTH OF STATE HIGHWAY) IN THE
HASTINGS 2ND ADDITION, FROM M-I TO C-II AND
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Blocks 70, 71, 72 and 168 (except north
of State Highway) in the Hastings 2nd Addition are here
and hereby rezoned from M-I to C-II, and the official zoning
map of the City is hereby amended accordingly.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner
required by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by
the Council and approved by the ~Ma~~
