AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING SECTION
2 of ORDINANCE NO. 1890
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1890 is hereby
modified to extend the time of commencement of construction
to January 21, 1984, provided that no further extension of time
shall be granted therefor.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by
the Council and approved by the Mayor on April 19, 1983.
