AN ORDINANCE VACAT~NS ~ANCOCK STREE~ B~,~W~,EN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TO~SEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of Hancock Street between 19th
and 20th Streets, be and the same in hereby vacated.
Section 2. A twelve (12) foot utility easement, running
six (6) feet on either side of the centerline of the aforesaid
vacated street is hereby retained by the City of Port Townsend.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor
